Summer Service Learning Programs

HILM: Service-Learning Exploration Tours are immersive, hands-on learning experiences designed to connect students with real-world community challenges. These tours integrate academic learning with meaningful service, fostering civic responsibility and community engagement, addressing climate crisis, community upliftment/ quality life, quality education, cultural preservation, woman empowerment, and social justice.

Short Term Projects in Lahore
Short-term service-learning explorations will be organized throughout the year in Lahore, Punjab, providing students with immersive, experiential learning opportunities that integrate hands-on community engagement with academic knowledge. These programs are designed to foster a sense of civic responsibility by encouraging students to move beyond theoretical learning and apply their understanding to real-world challenges.

Long Term Projects in Lahore
The long-term service-learning programs offered by HILM are designed to span 7–8 months, providing students with an immersive and impactful experience in the outskirts of Lahore. These programs are thoughtfully structured to accommodate the academic schedules of students while delivering meaningful, community-driven projects. The extended duration allows for a deeper engagement with the local community and ensures that students have ample time to develop and execute their projects with care and precision.
